Q. How to install ISE application on Mac? The following image appear when I try to setup the ISE application.

A. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Under General "Open Anyway" > Open

Q. How to install ISE application on Windows? The following image appear when I try to setup the ISE application.

A. Click on "More info" > allow installer. or Go to Settings > Search bar type in "developer mode" > Select "developer mode"

Q. How to get the application running?

A. ISE is designed as a background application. An ISE icon will appear on the OS task bar when the application is launched. Select open to recall the application.

Q. What type of image format does application support? A. ISE application supports BMP, JPEG and PNG.

Q. How do I use ISE application if I have an older Infinitton?

Q. My folder condition is not working?

A. 1. ISE application must be "closed" for condition to be executed. 2. Make sure application name is correct.

For Mac:

Open the application you would like to set as condition in our example we use "Adobe Photoshop CC" > Click on "Spotlight Search" type "monitor" > press return to active "Activity Monitor" > select on "CPU" tab to check out what application name that is been "Active" > type in the application name on the condition area.

Open the application you would like to set as condition in our example we use "Microsoft PowerPonint" > Click on 'Search' type "Task Manger" > under "Processes" tab find the application name > Right click select "Go to detail" > type in the application name on the condition area.
